I need some Warp Speed Fat Loss because my girlfriend’s sister is getting married the first weekend in June. She (my gf) finishes up finals this week and we are starting working out next week to try and get her into ‘bridesmaid dress’ shape. She wants 10-12 lbs to come off but if we could get to 15 lbs it would make her extremely happy which in turn would make my life extremely easier, as I will get to hear how good she looked in her dress as opposed to hearing about how good she didn’t look in her dress. I also need it for myself as I have recently been given the opportunity to work a lot of football camps this summer starting that same first week of June. The more weight I can get get off for that the better I’ll be able to handle the physical demands of a summer full of camps.
I am 34 years old, 230 pounds with 40% body fat. That in and of itself shows why I could use some Warp Speed Fat Loss!
I am already doing heavy lifting and have addressed my diet and things are changing! However, it would be nice to not be completely terrified of the swimsuit department sometime before summer gets here! Also, being a SAHM and homeschooling mom to 2 boys, one of whom has bi-polar disorder, I can often times become side tracked on longer programs, never knowing where to pick things up again and never getting to the best part of the program.
I loved doing the Afterburn workout and I started the Afterburn II workout but never finished it. I am 36 yo at 165 lbs. I am 5′7″ with about 20% bodyfat. My wife and I are celebrating our 10th anniversary on June 19th and I would like to be in the best shape since she has known me and this workout sounds perfect as it is 6 weeks away.
[…] Get all the details here. […]
I’ve been fat my entire life. I am married with two kids. I am sick of resembling someone that should be rolled into the water at a beach rather than basking in a fit body body. I am 33 and if I dont do something quickly I’ve got a host of ailments that I am disposed to. I have built some decent muscle over the past few years and now I want to uncover it. I just dont want my entire youth to pass me by while I’m wearing a fat suit and never realize my potential.
stats 5′10″ male, 282 lbs., 35%BF
I’m a 32 year old male who until a few years ago was very overweight. a few years ago i started working out extensively and dropping a lot of weight. i’m not overweight, but i’ve been having trouble getting that last 10 pounds off to get really lean. i’m planning on getting certified as a personal trainer/ strength coach this summer and i would love to learn warp speed fat loss not only to help myself, but use the knowlege to help others.
I”m a 32 year old father of a 3 year old and husband to my wife for the past 7 years. I’m about 5′11 and weigh about 190 lbs.
I need Warp Speed Fat Loss because I am looking to make a change in my life and I think this is the right approach for me - something quick and something that is challenging. I’ve got about 15-20 pounds to lose and have tried a few fad diets and few things in the gym that have worked but in the long run i keep adding the weight. Warp Speed Fat Loss from what I’ve read and heard is just the thing for me, as I’m totally looking to change my body shape, my attitude and my commitment to losing weight. I’ve got limited time with my job, family commitments, so that’s another appealing part of the program that Mike and Alwyn have created. I want to be a role model for my son and show him that through hard work and dedication all goals can be accomplished.
Well I don’t need to lose weight but I love to read books about nutrition , training , fat loss …
Why do I need Warp Speed Fat Loss:
1- I have a vacation to Curacao coming up on May 22nd. If 20 days isn’t warp speed, I dunno what is.
2- I have been more or less stalled for about a year now. Since last May. I have already lost 45 lbs. I want to lose another 20-25 lbs. Be sculpted.
3- I have tried: Protein Power, Body for Life, Atkins, Zone, Abs Diet. All have worked. None have worked enough. I even ate right 4 my type (with hypnosis).
4- I am a frequent commenter on a number of blogs. I share my experience with weight loss.
5- I am an economist/consultant by trade. Advantages:
a- more free time than the average person to actually put things in and take things out of my routine.
b- a more scientific approach to input and results tracking than the average person
c- high level of education, enabling me to more thoroughly understand the program, leading to less user error.
Lastly, I would love to work the Warp Speed Fat Loss Program to make the leap from 17% body fat to 10-12% for the first time, to build a beach body, to be a success story you can use, to experience warp speed and to be ready for some shirtless photographs on my vaycay and beyond.
Thanks.
I need warp speed fat loss because my metabolism has hit a wall! I have been trying to eat clean and I try to lift weights but I am addicted to cardio. I need help.
If my wife doesn’t lose weight soon, she will go crazy…which doesn’t make me happy! Of course, I think she looks great anyhow. But she is very bummed about adding 10 - 15 pounds due to a back injury. Now that it’s healed, finally, she wants to be active again and the extra weight isn’t helping. We have a lot of plans for the summer so losing the weight fast would really help for upcoming adventures.
“Warp Speed Fat Loss” is just what I need. Over the past 3 years, I’ve gone from 255 lbs to 200 lbs. Through out those years, I’ve mostly did resistance training and HIIT and never really concentrated on nutrition/diet. I did manage to lose 25-30 lbs by just adding exercise and doing somewhat of a low carb diet (but not really paying that much attention to what I ate). Last March I really started to dial it in and just bit the bullet with the V-Diet (from T-nation). Lost 15 lbs in 6 weeks! I’ve kept my weight steady for the past 6 weeks (bounced back 3 pounds) while slowly increasing my metabolism with the “Precision Nutrition” system (getting around 3500 cals a day).
I am thinking about doing another round of fat loss and was thinking about another 6 week V-diet, but would really like to give this program a try. I am 200lbs, 5′9″ and ~15%bf. I want to go to a single digit bf% around 180lbs. Thank you for the opportunity.
im in a depression from once being an athletic athlete and now im a has been who is a fat ass. but i want to rekindle the fire and burn the fat and be what i once was and set a firm foundation for training for years to come. i also want to study exercise science i am 18 and graduate in about a week and have all summer to be dedicated well actually all my life to be dedicated. plus i want to study exercise science in college so i might as well look good while im at it right??? please help MIKE AND ALWYN PLEASE!!
I am getting married in one month and have recently hit a fat loss plateau. I have been training for four years and am sitting at 5′10″ 200 lb with a caliper measurement of 12% fat. I have been trying to cut for the past month to get ready for the day. I would love get down to ten or single digits but I just am out of ideas. Thank you for all you guys do. I really look forward to your articles on sites like t-nation, and I would really appreciate the chance to be one of your success stores.
Thanks
Hi Mike and Alwyn,
I’m 42 and in reasonaby good shape. I’m hoping to fight in a grappling tournament at the end of May and am a few pounds away from the lightweight division. I’ve have a recent surgery, and a recent wipe-out on my bike (not serious, but pretty funny!) so I haven’t been able to train or condition to the intensity I’d like to, and I’m finding that I’m not able to lose weight as effectively as I can when training harder. And since I’m not at strong as I’d like to be, I don’t really want to fight girls who outweigh me by 20 pounds. I believe Warp Speed Fat Loss would help me reach my fighting weight.
(Incidentally Alwyn, one of my team-mates and training partners [She runs Stumptuous.com] turned me on to your training methods some time ago. She recently had a fantastic opportunity to meet you and train at your facility. I am envious!)
thanks and best,
leah
I need quick weight loss because I’m sick of setting goals and never achieving them. I’m sick of being the big bulky guy who seems to know what he’s talking about regarding diet and exercise but who doesn’t look the part.
I’m currently 230 pounds at 5?10?, bodyfat approx 20%. I’d like to eventually get down to around 210 with a bodyfat of 10%.
I feel Warp Speed Fat Loss could be the catalyst for me to finally achieve my goals and develope the body I desire. This in turn will hopefully spur me on to accomplishing my dream of becoming a personal trainer and helping others achieve their fat loss goals.
Thank you for your help!
I need Warp speed fat loss system because I truly believe that it will help me achieve my goals this year. This time last year, I was 350lbs. I’ve managed to lose 120lbs with good nutrition, exercise. I won’t bore you with my life story on my website http://www.christmasgoat.com/?page_id=178
Suffice to say that I’ve got inherent athletic ability since I was running and doing a combat sport “Muay Thai” at 350lbs. Just to let you know how dedicated I am to accomplishing my goals, I went and trained in a Muay Thai camp for 3 months in Thailand where for 5 hours a day 6 times a week. So help me out here guys and give me the book. I’ll follow it to a tee and even blog about my daily progress. Thanks for the consideration!
Plain and simple..every year I strive for the perfect body. Well - perfection is a lofty, lofty goal –but as I approach 40…its really time for me to get it together. I know I need help. I’ve tried diet after diet, even had a PT or two…I just can’t seem to get it going. Please help…..
Hey, Guys… I just stumbled across this site from Alwyn’s blog and I would love to win a copy of your Warp Speed book. (I’m listening to the podcast interview with Alwyn as I type.) I have been piecing together info from Alwyn’s blog to lose some weight this past month and have lost 7 pounds. This is in addition to monitoring my caloric intake. I have started at 226 pounds and am on my way to 185, so I still have a decent way to go to make my goal. I feel that I am progressing, but would love to take it to the next step! Thank you for considering my request!
~Jason
I need this because frankly I need SOMETHING to shake things up. I’ve been stuck at a weight loss plateau for 6 months now after losing nearly 20 lbs. I’m finally healthy, but I’m still just not comfortable enough with my body to strut it on the beach in a bikini! I’m only 26 years old. I deserve to enjoy my 20s!
I need Warp Speed Fat Loss desperately. I’m going on holiday this year after three years of being at home (basically stuck here due to a lack of funds) to Walt Disney World. My partner absolutely loves the waterparks and there is simply no way I can go in my current shape, but at the same time I cannot let him down (he is seriously an incredible person who would do anything for me, and I want to do the same for him).
I wasn’t always this big (UK size 18). I used to be fairly slim, but I went on Depo Provera (hormonal birth control) in 2006, and in the year I was on it I blew up from a UK 10 to a UK 20. I came off it and have dropped a dress size but I would love to be confident enough about my body to have an awesome time on our holiday this year, and the only way that’s going to happen is if I drop a couple of sizes by September 2008 (we leave on the 2nd of Sep). This isn’t something we can just do again next year either - our holidays are infrequent as we simply do not have the money to go away annually. I’d really love to drop 4-5 dress sizes in the next 17 weeks (although that may be too ambitious!). It seems hopeless without a system like this as I’m still waiting for the effects of Depo Provera to clear from my body (I’ve not menstruated in 2 years and I’m an otherwise healthy 23 year old).
I’m also very well educated on diet and fitness (and keep myself updated on new research/articles/ideas), and it’s more than a little frustration to have the knowledge and struggling to get the results when putting it into practice (and trust me here, I lift heavy and eat properly and focus on body fat rather than weight - I couldn’t really care what my weight is as long as I look and feel awesome!).
Thanks, and I hope you consider me to win a copy of this new system.
I need a workout system to help my wife that has been struggling to lose weight for a while and I think her workout plan is holding her back from attaining her goals.
My name’s Joe and I’m 19 years old. I’m about 170 lbs. and 5′7”. I’ve always been active in sports and have been really big on weight lifting for the past 4 years. Unfortunately my metabolism sucks! I have maintained a 15-20% body fat no matter what type of training and diet I have done. I’ve gone to the point of training twice a day. I’ve tried to eat as healthy as possible for the past couple years (my roommates in college eat pizza and chinese food everyday while i eat broccoli and chicken, and we maintain about the same body fat). I lift my weights, I do my cardio, and I eat my lean meat and veges, but I don’t have the results I want. I feel like the amount of effort I put in deserves single digit body fat. I think Warp Speed Fat Loss will definitely give me the a huge boost and take me to the level of an outstanding and noticeable physique. Not only will I be able to benefit from this prize, but I will also be able to pass down any techniques that I will learn to my mother (whom I inherited these genetics from).
Having hypothyroidism makes losing weight quite a bit harder than for most people — even with diet, exercise, and the proper medication. I’ve worked extremely hard to get to where I’m at but would love the extra knowledge that Warp Speed Fat Loss could give me.
I’s love to show results for all the hard work and effort I put out.
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to try Warp Speed Fat Loss!!
This would be for my wife, Stacey. She has struggled with her weight all her life. She is very self concious about her weight and has been made fun of for as long as she can remember. She has tried numerous diet and exercise plans in the past with little-to-no success.
And despite my best efforts to help her and provide everything she needs to be successful, I think she does better when the information comes from someone else and includes a plan that she can follow as written.
She would like to lose 30lbs and be healthy and in great shape. She wants to do it for herself and also because she wants to look good for me.
I would like to see her succeed at her fat loss goals and think she should be given the opportunity to succeed by being one of the people picked to use Warp Speed Fat Loss program.
Thanks!
I’d love Warp Speed Fat Loss! I’ve been following Alwyn’s workout program in New Rules of Lifting for Women (I’m on Stage 3 and OH the Body Weight Matrix!!!). Before finding NROL4W, I managed to lose 45 lbs through lots of cardio and some dietary changes. I still have 50-80 lbs to lose, so I’d love to get some of it off at warp speed! lol I’m a HUGE fan of Alwyn’s (even though his workouts are sheer torture) and have seen some amazing results already from NROL4W. I can’t wait to hear more about this program!
I just try to learn everything i can about nutrition and exercise. So this program really intrigues me. I also have about 10-15 more pounds to lose so i wouldn’t mind giving it a shot.
thanks,
beau
I need warp speed fat loss so that i can be the father, my dad was never able to be because of his weight. I don’t want my son to grow up wondering if his dad is going to die of a heart attack while he is still a kid.
I’ve been overweight all my life, and I’ve been miserable for it. My mother was abusive in how she tried to get me to lose weight as a teenager, and all it did was make me hate the thought of working to be physically fit even more. I have abused my body most of my life and three years ago I realized what a mistake I have been making my whole life.
Body for Life changed my life. I lost 20lbs and over 20 inches by learning how to eat, how to workout, and how to make my health a priority in my life.
I still have another 20lbs to go and I am getting married soon. I’ve been plateaued since BFL completed. I’m on Stage 4 of Alwyn’s New Rules of Lifting for Women program, and I’ve been gaining inches and weight. I am eating clean, I am exercising hard, and I am beyond frustrated. However, Alwyn’s program has helped me do real push ups for the first time in my life. I love what Alwyn has done for my strength, and I’d love to try Alwyn’s program for losing fat.
I am incredibly motivated to drop this weight so that I can focus my efforts on improving my strength and turning around the years of damage I’ve done to myself mentally and physically.
I need warp speed fatloss because I am a mother of 3, finally getting back down to pre pregnancy weight and trying to get in the best shape of my life. I am currently doing New Rules of Lifting for Women and I would love to have another program lined up for when I finish that. I want to get cut and I think warp speed fatloss is the answer!
I enjoy both of your works.
I’m off to Thailand to do Muay Thai in mid-June. If I’m not uber-skinny my trainers will point and laugh at me
“Bad metabolism, bad joints & no time” sums up why I need Warp Speed Fat Loss.
I’m 42 with a keg. I don’t know “shite” but I’m still learning. Both my knees & shoulder are still shot. I’ve managed to “keep my fat arse out of the fridge” only because I’ve been on paternity leave for the past 10 weeks. Taking care of my 13 pound, eat, sleep & poop machine as well as my 9 year old and wife has left me with limited time to train or sleep.
Best regards,
Kevin
I have been a fat guy all my life last year I was highly motivated and began my fat loss journey.I have worked hard but I am still not having a physique that I want. I have been regularly reading stuff written by u guys on your blog and on t-nation. but I feel I need a system designed by expert to get the result..and as summer is already here and 33% of this year is over I think its high time to accelerate the fat loss..
Best Regards,
Harsh
Mike & Alwyn,
I’m a 38 9 year old guy who has always been a touch heavy. At just under 5′11″ and around 180, I was satisfied, but not happy. But the last two years have found me tipping the scales near 210 pounds! My wife and I are trying to have our first, finally, and being fitter can only help that. I love what you do and what you “preach,” and would love to work with this! Thanks!
I need to lose fat quickly to be in the best shape possible to visit my family in FL this summer. My grandmother has never seen my son and I thought I better get down there soon before grandma is not around. Florida is a state where the wife beaters must go on in the summer. I need the system so that my wife and I will be in our most leanest state to enjoy the sun and ocean. I think the Warp Speed system will give me a proven way to strip fat in a shor period of time. I know it is going to take commitment on my part and I don’t take that lightly. Mike And Alwyn are top notch. I hope to have a testomonial from myslef as well as the many friends that I will tell about this system.
I need warp speed fat loss so I can take my shirt off on a float trip and not be embarrassed! Also, if the warp speed fat loss program works for me, you better believe I will spread its merits to any any ears that will listen!
I am 5′10″ and 247lbs at 24% bodyfat. I was never that bad until I got hurt from sports and couldn’t play and pretty much let myself go. The bad part is I am a Type 1 Diabetic and even though my blood work is good my docs want me to go on different meds to keep it that way. I want to do whatever I need to do to not start the meds. Droppingunder 15% should make my insulin sensitivity better and help me stay away from as many problems as possible.
I need warp speed fat loss because, every year for the past 3 years I have tried to get super lean, and everytime have come up short. I studied all winter to try to find the right things to do, I started my program in the beginning of april, and have lost exactly 2 pounds. I am going to have my first mma fight in August, and do not want to be embarresed when I take my shirt off. I have listened to Alwyn and Mikes interviews on podcasts many times, and they both have great knowledge, and make it very easy to understand. I hope to get help from these two top industry professionals.
in september 2006 i weighed more than 330 pounds (i have no idea how much more since that’s where the scale topped out). since then i have worked hard to shed eighty pounds. but i still have so far to go and it can get so depressing at times. i am loving nrol4w (stage 4!) - i feel so strong and confident, but i need warp speed fat loss to drop the remaining weight fast so i can start enjoying a fit lifestyle and get off the weight loss treadmill!
I finished Afterburn in January and had fantastic results, but unfortunately, slacked off due to personal problems, and being out of town….i would like to get back to where i was in january before I go on a massive backpacking trip in 6 weeks where I will also be wearing a bikini, and right now there is no way! I thought about doing the last 4 weeks of afterburn again, but this sounds better!
I need it, well as im in the middle of GAINING muscle at the moment, im from ireland, so Alywnn you owe us poor celts something, and a book would go down nicely
Nice website anyway best of luck to all involved.
I am going to be turning 30 this summer. I see this as a make or break time for me. I have been heavier than I would like for most of my adult life. I know that if I don’t make this change soon then there is a good chance that it won’t happen. Also, my son just turned 3 and I need to be able to not only tell him, but also show him the importance and benefit of a healthy lifestyle. I know that with Warp Speed Fat Loss I can lose the weight I need to lead a healthier, more confident and productive existence. The knowledge contained therein combined with my determination(desperation) will help me gain control over not only my health and body comp., but also renew my confidence and have a huge impact on every aspect of my life.
I am a 37 year old female with over a decade and a half under my belt as a group fitness instructor and marathoner. I’ve always been an advocate of interval and strength training. After my second baby I began to notice that the more miles I ran, the less in shape I felt. Too many years and too many hours of cardio had me running a highly efficient machine! Anyway, the search for answers led me to Alwyn’s website, and I gave Afterburn II a try. I loved it and learned to view strength training in a whole new light. My actual weight only dropped by 3-5 pounds, however, I visually notice the muscle I acquired on that program. I am part way through New Rules…for Women, and I am enjoying it, but almost feeling like I’ve taken a step backwards because I don’t feel like I’m working as hard as I was during Afterburn II. I am in the 15-16% body fat range at 130 pounds, and am at the point where I’d like to lean up a few more %’s, yet I really want to continue to build muscle. I feel like I’ve learned so much from Alwyn’s articles and books, and it has changed not only how I exercise myself, but how I conduct my classes. For me, knowledge really has been power, and I want more of it. I would really love the opportunity to test drive the new Warp Speed Fat Loss program! Thanks!!
A wedding - what else! Also, lots of summer events coming up. After 3 babies I am 50 lbs heavier than when I started down the road to a family. I just want to be healthy again, have energy to keep up w/ my kids and be a good role model for them. The program name and premise are motivating me. I would love to tackle this program and see what I can do with your expert advice and guidance!
I’m naturally a mesomorph and have struggled with my weight my whole life. I’ve gone from 18% to 12%(bodpod) but I can’t get below 12%. I workout five days a week, 2 cardio and three weight trianing - I’ve done this for two years now. I have bought so many supplements and workout books, I’m sick of it. I NEED SOMETHING THAT WORKS. I have the motivation and heart - I just need the right tools.
I’m an avid t-nation reader, I love Alwyn’s training style and Mike’s nutrition approach. I’m extremely excited and willing to publicly announce the results I receive because I know they will be incredible!
Thanks for your time!
David
When I turned 40 I decided it was time to smarten up. I quite smoking (27years), quit TV, and then started working on my weight. I’ve lost 60lbs and have another 40 to go. Having a harder time with it now. I doing Alwyn’s New Rules of Lifting for Women program. I’m only a few weeks into stage 1. I’ve already started HIIT using the one from Afterburn that I found on bodybuilding.com I’ve been eating clean 5X/day for almost a year now. I walk every day because it keeps me focused, makes me feel better and every little bit helps. I want more help!!! Also, I’m sharing my body recomp journey on a blog I’m just starting so if I get a free program you’ll get a little extra advertising. I will not give out my name though so if that’s a requirement no thanks : )
I am 50, my body is changing - I have been fit most of my adult life but I am gaining weight and am up from 17% BF to 32%BF - I have been trying to find what works - I am miserable and looking for something to try - I need to get this under control.
I think this program will help because anything named Warp Speed Fat Loss has got to work!
My wife is 55kg, I am 95kg. I need to get close to her weight for a peaceful, happy and enjoyable life. Give me that book so I can burn the fat now!!
I’ve got everything from Alwyn on fat-loss and I’ve made so much money from it that I’m about to open my own facility in a week. One problem that I couldn’t deal with until recently was that I was missing my own workouts to cater to new clients - this has left me atleast 30 pounds over where I used to be and looked good at -I’m a 320 pounder right now. I really need to get this fat off to show new clients that I walk the walk - I know Afterburn will work - but this seems faster so guys, please give me a copy - hell, I’ll pay for it anyway, but a free one wouldn’t be too bad
Thanks!
Amir
I forgot to mention that I would blog about the whole program while doing it and post pictures weekly
Hey guys,
So I got married 2 years ago and since then, I went from 16% body fat to 30% body fat.
I love trying new programs and reading fitness related material from T-Nation, Dr. John Berardi, and Craig Ballentine just name a few sources.
I’ve been watching my diet during these last two months and I have noticed a difference…i think I went down ONE notch on my belt.
So I would love to try out your program…I ready for the challenge. My goal is to get to 12% body fat…I really want to get lean. Plus my wife is interested in getting lean as well.
Thanks guys, looking forward to the launch.
I’m about three weeks into the Afterburn program and enjoying good results (5 lbs lost so far!). I know I have the drive to make the most of this program; unfortunately, I’m also a newlywed with a limited budget for new materials.
On all the fitness blogs and sites I read, everyone refers to getting back the body they had in their 20s. I’m 24 and have NEVER had that body–help me make it happen!
Q1: Why you need quick weight loss?
Eh? Because I’m ridiculously busy? In fact, I’m typing this with one hand on my break while scarfing down second breakfast with the other hand. Seriously, if fat loss (not weight loss, according to the Alwyn-Scott interview) can be accomplished efficiently in a short period of time, is there a good reason to spend more time than necessary on it?
Q2: What you are looking to accomplish?
To start, I’d like to recapture approximately 15lbs of lost ground, since, following a weight loss, I gained weight due to stress-eating and not exercising. I know that I will do it on my own eventually, but see my answer to Q1.
Q3: How Warp Speed Fat Loss will help?
The premise is intriguing, and the authors have a good track record (which is the primary reason I’m giving this a second look). The program has at least two components that I like: first, lifting heavy, and second, total focus needed in the short term. Lastly, I’d have something to blog about for 28 days straight.
After accumulating 20-some U.S. 7s caps since 2002 and going as a reserve to the 2006 Women’s Rugby 15s World Cup, I went into semi-retirement and full-on sloppy fitness and nutrition habits. Recently, I’ve felt the competitive urge again but am feeling desperate about the state of my body. I’ve made it back in the gym again but am still awfully marbled! I just listened to Alwyn’s interview on Naked Nutrition Radio, and Warp Speed Fat Loss sounds like just the thing for removing the fat without any loss in performance (and actually, from the sound of things, while making performance gains). I’ll be playing in a big rugby tournament mid-June and prefer to be playing and looking the part by then! Can Warp Speed make that happen?
I’ve been cutting for a while so far and dropped some significant fat. But I’m at the point where I’m stuck at where I’m at but I can’t progress anymore. I can see some abs but it seems I can’t lose that last layer to reveal a full solid abs. I’ve been looking for some new ways to “shock” my body into losing more fat. Thanks
I need the Warp Speed Fat Loss Blog because I will be making a presentation in front of 2000 people in less than 3-months. I am about to be 40 yrs old and weight loss is harder now. Losing the 20lbs I want to lose before the presentation would boost my confidence and go towards my making a better presentation. That in turn can lead to a promotion, an increase in pay, and a better job track for me which then parlays into a better life position.
Warp Speed Fat Loss Blog will keep me focussed, give me the tools and help me monitor my fat loss goals.
I know how to put in hard work, I will put in hard work, and I have enough vanity and drive to get done what needs to get done. Using the Warp Speed Fat Loss system will assist me in accomplishing my goals faster and more efficiently than I could do on my own.
I can be your walking, talking advertisement.
I’m fat. I need help. Even from a Scotsman. Help!
I would LOVE to own a copy of WarpSpeed. I’ve been in and out of fitness training since high school and therefore in and out of shape, as well. I’ve reached a point where I am tired of making excuses for my inconsistency. In the past, I experienced moderate success with some other programs (lost 25 lbs a few summers ago that I haven’t gained back) but never have I been as consistent as I need to be with diet and exercise to reach all of my goals.
I’m still very busy and struggle with making the right choices under stress and time constraints. But my career and school endeavors have relaxed so that I can focus more on transforming myself inside and out into the person God, me, and my husband, Nate, desire.
Nate has been wonderfully supportive through all my fitness ins and outs. He’s convinced me that this program may be exactly what I need to get me jump started in the right fitness direction because I’ll see results in a shorter period of time. Besides, I love my husband! I want to look like I match him! He’s been in shape ever since I met him. It’s time I caught up to his ambition!
Thanks!
Hi Guys,
you probably will think that I don’t need Warp Speed Fat Loss being a personal trainer. But yes I need help, desperatley.
I’m female 165lbs, approx 37 % bodyfat that I just can’t budge. I know what your thinking. Yeah, yeah tried everything. Just hear me out, please. I eat cleanly 90% of the time, I train as hard as I can and as heavy as I can without a spotter. I have been doing HIIT cardio. I’m doing full body routines, recently been doing the complexes that Alwyn outlined in the articles section on his website. I have been able to build my strength up and really been able to push it on the HIIT. But truly the fatloss just doesn’t seem to happen for me.I read everything I can find on diet, nutrition, exercise. I listen to so many podcasts my internet speed has slowed so much from all the downloading.
Please please please show me a program that will make a difference. I will be a guinea pig. I promise to do everything by the book and committ to it wholeheartedly. I will report to you my progess. And when it works for me I will let everyone know how fantastic it is. Because thats what you are promising aren’t you. I understand that 100% committment is necessary in all areas of a program and I’m willing do do that. Prove to me your program is worthy and I will tell the world.
Thanks for listening. Thanks for the opportunity to try and win this. I just hope its me as one of the lucky ones.
I want a physique to match my enthusiasm, and passion for life ! I want to be an example to others that when you combine desire, focus and discipline with innovative, out-of-the-box thinking the impossible becomes possible. Instead of asking can it be done, you ask, how can it be done. I think thats the true lesson of the warp speed program for all of us.
It inspired me to ask this question of myself: how can a 62 year old man create a lean, well defined body, with single digit bodyfat ? I know what conventional wisdom says..I have also read and listen to everything on your websites. I can’t wait to kick conventional wisdom in the ass ! 2 cycles of warp speed ought to be just about right.
I would like to thank both of you for the opportunity to explore the outer edges of fat loss. What you have done is truly astonishing and inspirational and I am ready to fly !!
Bring it on !!!!
Growing up, I was a FAT kid. I weighed 224 in highschool and was thankfully able to get down to 155 within a few months through healthy eating and exercise. Throughout the next 6 years of my life I continued to slowly add muscle, slowly decrease fat, and so on and so forth. Here I am now at 170 pounds with even less fat and ALOT more muscle. My problem? I cannot for THE LIFE OF ME pass the gates into the all mighty land of “extreme leanness”. I’m so close I can taste it, which makes it even more frustrating for me!
I’ve been waiting for years to be able to go swimming with my friends in the pool, play beach volleyball without my shirt on, and do all those fun (shirtless) activities. I’ve literally dedicated the past year of my life to reaching an extreme level of leanness by this summer…and I’m JUST about there, but I need that last minute surge that will help me get over that last threshold. Being muscular and skinny isn’t enough. I want to proudly show the defined muscle I’ve gained over the years, but that last bit of fat is sitting in the way in lower lower abs and lower back.
I would be extremely appreciative (almost to the point of being ridiculously appreciative) if I was able to receive your Warp Speed Fat Loss plan. I would implement it into my plan and put it to work effective immediately…guaranteed. I ‘m absolutely PUMPED to reach my goal, and I truly believe this could be the tool that helps me make it.
Not to sound cheesy, but please help me reach my life long goal of enjoying a shirtless summer. I’m a perfectionist, so it just CANNOT COME OFF until I reach below single digits for body fat %.
Thanks for the opportunity.
PS - Did I mention my Birthday’s coming up?
*wink*wink*hint*hint*
I started my diet for loosing fat few weeks ago and I have reached good results so far. I am in pretty good shape in the moment, I would say 13 - 14 % bodyfat. But since a few weeks, I haven’ t progressed anymore although I exactly control my nutrition. I want to get in the best shape of my life ever in this summer. Hopefully Warp Speed Fat Loss can help me with that.
I play Dtackle in college aka broke college student-athlete, and i’m looking for a new program to cut some extra weight before camp in august.
I need Warp Speed weight loss because I have a 3 year old I can’t keep up with. I also plan on going to an indoor water park in 2 months and don’t want to be the “fat” father. I’m tired of feeling like crud. Also, my wife’s comments are getting tiring.
I’m so sick and tired of looking at my fat self every morning in the mirror. If that wasn’t enough, I have to look at the plethora of shitty diet books that I’ve wasted money on everyday as well. It really pisses me off.
In January I started eating more whole natural foods and following principles I’ve learned from places like the Naked Nutrition Network. I’ve also became quite fond of the NROL workouts that Alwyn designed. I can hear him laughing every time I do a bulgarian split squat. Over the past 5 months I’ve been able to shed roughly 25 pounds of fat. Not earth shattering I know, but it is 25 pounds of fat that will never be in my life again. I still have a long journey in front of me to reach my goals and I would love to incorporate your new program into it.
When someone asks me how I’m losing fat, I already suggest to them to visit your sites and read your articles. That will never change, whether I have to pay for the program or not.
But trust me, if given the opportunity, I will not waste it. I’m going to reach my goals regardless of the amount of time or how much hard work it takes. This is something that I must achieve.
Afterburn has worked very well for myself and my wife, to the point where we’ve been grilled repeatedly at the gym- about our results, and what the hell is with these workouts we’re doing. After losing ~100 lbs between us, we’ve ended up working out with a fair amount of our friends, relatives, and fellow gymgoers, showing them our programs, explaining the concepts behind them, etc. What we don’t have is a single, accelerated, crash diet type program to show those who want it- the ones we’ve already rescued from the treadmill jail, but want a fast, tough program for immediate results.
You guys rock!
I’m down to 192.5 as of this morning from 200 at about 15% according to a 7 site sample, but I know that’s not correct because 99% of my fat is heart attack fat. I have accomplished this in 3 weeks. I’m newly married and my wife says I’m too FAT!!!!! She’s 115lb soaking wet. So let’s just say, me losing my gut will lead to more frequent intimacy encounters. I recently came across Alwyn & his writings from T-Nation, so I’m very excited about the possiblity of winning this product. Either way I’m in it, to lose.
Hi, I am a Registered Dietitian and Exercise Physiologist and run a Fitness/Personal Training Center. I am passionate about proven methods for achieving optimal health and fitness. I completed a Fitness competition 7 years ago that required me to get in the best shape of my life in 12 weeks and I did. I practiced the principles that I’ve read so far with rhe warp speed program although I didn’t have much total weight to lose. what I did do is make a dramatic change in my shape. I have the bfore/aftr picture in my office and they alone have sold people on my understanding and commitment to what I do. I’ve maintained the benits of such an intense program and I love helping others do the same. I’ve been reading about Warp Speed Fat Loss and I’m excited to find out more and bust through some of the long held myths and misinformation that is related to my field. I can see that this program is about working with our physiology to produce results. I could help a ton of people with this program. O look forward to finding out more!
I am excited about this product because I think the shorter time frame will give me enough positive feedback to continue to work and get healthier.
I just want to take better care of myself and losing all my extra weight is a good start. I am interested in this project because I have tried diet - hard, exercise - did not eat well, and I want to see a program that combines the two in a constructive rather than destructive manner.
My girlfriend and I have taken up triathlons this year. But we’re having some difficulty finding and consistently following a nutritional plan. And while one would expect to lose weight training for Tris, unless you’re consistent with everything, your struggle like everyone else. I would love to see if this program can be applied to two people trying to succeed in the multi-sport world.
I’m not fat. I’m not getting married. I’m not going on a beach vacation and I’m not a personal trainer or athlete.
I’m just a regular 42-year-old guy who’s got 10-15 pounds to lose and is getting really tired of all the gimmicks out there.
I don’t mind working out and I want to learn to eat right. I just need someone to pull the blinders off and show me the principals of the perfect fat loss program.
Just give me something that just plain works.
That’s so cool.
I cannot imagine I would be able to lose those final 10 # in less than a month. Vamos!
I have been dieting for about 4 months, & lost a few pounds. I have plateaud now. No matter what I do, the weight goes nowhere, about fat loss, a mere 5# only. I am getting desperate. Thing is, not only summer is around the corner, it’s the pressure of the wedding bells, they are getting louder. Meantime, I
can’t seem to lose not even an ounce. I would love a copy of the warp speed fat loss system. And be in tip top shape by the end of the month. It will be my wish come true. Well, my second (I’m getting married, after all).
Something with real results in the least amount of time. That’s what I’m talking about. Yeah!
Mike and Alwyn,
I would like to use the product for selfish reasons. 1. I want look good neeked and 2. It would fit perfectly into my 6-month body challenge that I am describing on my blog http://www.norationalizations.blogspot.com.
Thanks,
Darren Garland
I am a 25 year old male currently completing my graduate studies. I sit at about 20% body fat right now and I carry the majority of my body fat in my central area (my trunk circumference is 36 inches). I am well aware of the health risks associated with the bulge, and I am equally aware of how unattractive the bulge really is. I would like to be healthy, and look healthy, something that has never happened to me in my life. So, I am looking to strip the fat from around my trunk and be able to bend over without my belly getting in my way. I would like to be at about 32 inches and down to 10% body fat. I need to do it rapidly because I see no reason to do it slowly, other than any additional associated risks with extreme dieting. Additionally, as I move forward to seeking employment, it will help tremendously to look healthy and attractive (it makes a difference in interviews and salary). Warp Speed Fat Loss appears to make sense for me because from what has been presented, it can provide the extreme results without placing the trainee at large side effects associated with extreme workout/diet plans. That is important because, as I said before, I cannot be off my game with regards to my education and career goals. I hope to be a pioneer of this program. Thank you.
As a 52 year old overweight, post-menopausal endo who is also a student, I’ve got problems and very little time. Need I say more? Far too much of my time is spent sitting on my fat ass doing calculus problems and applying for scholarships in an attempt to get into the Cal State RT program (for which I recently endured a second interview). If I am accepted, my time will be more limited than ever before. I believe Warp Speed Fat Loss is the program that will enable me to achieve increased fat loss, improved body composition, and the mental and physical toughness necessary for me to complete the program AND be in the greatest shape of my life. I sincerely appreciate this opportunity. Thanks, guys.
I am currently doing Afterburn and I love it. I am always looking for interesting and concise workouts. My problem is I need to lose about 12-15 pounds to get to that next level, and after listening to the interview about the guy with no metabolism, I was very intrigued about the food portion of this plan. I think it is what I need to get me to the next level. I know the workouts will be great too.
Thanks, Angie
Hello!
I would love to receive a copy of Warp Speed Fat Loss because I am about finished with New Rules of Lifting for Women and I need another program that will allow me to lose about 10-15 pounds as quickly as possible. I have many reasons for wanting to lose the weight:
1) I am a mom and a teacher and I want to be a positive influence to those I am around. I want to represent a confident, middle aged woman who can look great after having kids.
2) I want to feel confident in my own body and stop waiting to enjoy life until after I am at my ideal weight. I want to get to my ideal weight so I have no more excuses. I am tired of trying and failing so many programs. I want this program to be what helps me reach my goals.
3) I am going to run a marathon in October and will start training hard at the end of June. During my training, I do not want to be trying to lose weight. I want to be at my ideal weight so that I can focus on eating healthy and working out hard while preserving my lean body mass and not gaining any fat.
4) I love Alwyn’s philosphy and am very interested in this latest program.
5) I want to look hot running around in my swimming suit either in my back yard, at the lake or at the swimming pool. I don’t want my body to limit what I am willing to do because of lack of confidence or embarrassment.
Thanks!!
I’m a 49 yo post menopausal woman who wants to hit the 50 mark fit and fabulous. I have until September and that’s not much time.
Warp Speed Fat Loss would be a Godsend.
I long to see the muscles I have under my fat. I know they’re there and I want to show them off.
I’ve really been struggling lately trying to get on track to take off the extra wt and feel like this would challenge me to do just that. I have Afterburn and do like the workouts in it. My biggest challenge is cleaning up my diet and being consistent.
Yeah, I need this program.
Thanks for the chance.
I just wanted to add that I posted above at 8:37pm EST and it showed 12:37. Just so you know……..
I am a soldier who needs to cut the “fluff”. I train hard and can diet but just need the right guide to get to that really lean and efficient physique. Thanks.
I’m in my 40s and have trained for over 20 years. I’m strong and fairly disciplined but I still do not have the lean, athletic body that I want. I definitely need to lose body fat!
I’ve tried countless diets and have done lots of cardio – but all these programs have still not given me the body I so desire.
I listened to your 40-minute interview Alwyn and I really feel that your program will finally do it for me.
I believe that once I can achieve the body I’ve wanted for over 20 years, I can then accomplish anything else I set my heart to.
I also believe that timing is everything in life and I was destined to read about your program and to implement it in my life.
I just lost my job and am looking for other employment. Being able to get this great program free would help me immensely… physically, emotionally and financially.
Living in New York City can be very stressful and working out has always helped me get through all the crazies in my life…and now to have the possibility to finally achieve what I have struggled for, for over 20 years would be a MIRACLE !
Thank you for considering me and thank you for making this program a reality.

Hi,
I am a trainer and always love to try new programs! I won’t give to my clients until I go thru the ropes myself. I can’t wait to try this workout tomorrow!
Like most folks looking to lose fat, and especially looking to lose fat quickly, I’ve carried around too much blubber for a long time. Also, like many others, I’m concerned about my health, and at 49, it’s time I get the excuses behind me.
Years ago, I tried the BFL program and was moderately successful. Actually, during those times, I was more successful losing fat than I was building muscle. Although I remained committed, the results never turned out quite how I had hoped, returning to most of my old ways, stopped working out six days a week, and ate things I should have stayed away from.
It’s been about four years now that I’ve been practicing a low carb Atkins-like diet. I was so happy when I first started the Atkins diet so rigidly ’cause I lost 40 pounds in 4 weeks! But soon thereafter, the Atkins effect wore off for me - still to this day - my body must have adapted to the diet or I’m just SO sensitive to the few carbs I eat.
Last year I changed physicians, and my new doctor ran all kinds of blood tests on me. He discovered I was hypogonadal (low testosterone) and had low thyroid. Finally, perhaps, there was a medical reason for why I’ve had such a hard time building muscle over the years. I started taking prescription T and also experimented with T-building supplements. Results were fast and impressive, even though later blood tests showed low normal T levels. Without even trying, I started (somewhat) leaning out and building muscle. As time went on, I kept telling myself I needed to take this new body chemistry to a new level.
Last fall, when my 8th grade son failed to make the basketball team, I committed to him that I would start working out at the gym (a membership I had for years but failed to take full advantage of). Since last Thanksgiving, I’ve been working out an average of 5 days a week - weightlifting and cardio. I’ve put more muscle on my body than I’ve ever had, even as a high school football player lifting weights during the offseason. I still cannot believe the changes I’ve made to my body and how my cardiovascular system has improved.
But I still am disappointed in one significant way. Although I see the changes in my body in the mirror, they remain largely hidden by the fat I apparently haven’t found the answer to make disappear. There’s a six pack under this gut, but nobody can see it. There’s veins bulging on these biceps, but I yet have to see them pop.
While I know I’m just a few steps away from shedding this fat off my frame, but I haven’t been able to figure out the right steps to make it happen. Warp Speed Fat Loss may just be that silver bullet I need to expose - and further improve - the lean body that lies beneath the flab.
Lets see…..Wher to start…hmmm.Well, I am 32 years old and I am Fat. I am 6′0 and 255 pounds. I have been struggling with my weight for years. In fact, I have always been a fat guy. I am a fromer Marine and even then, with the exception of Boot camp and training, I have been on the heavy side. Mike, I am sick and tired of being sick and tired of looking in the mirror and being embarassed. I am sick and tired of being sick and tired of looking in the mirror and sucking my gut in. I have two boys and I don’t want them to go through what I have been going through. I want to be a role model for them for a healthy LIfe style and a healthy body. I want to look in the Mirror and see the person I know I am inside already. I want my wife to look at me and say damn honey, what have you done to yourself. The fact of the matter is my whole family is on the heavy side of the scale. I want to be the catalyst for the rest of my family to start living a healthy fabulous life. Thanks for putting this awesome program together and either way free or not, it is time for me to get my life back together. Thanks,
As a fan of both Mike and Alwyn’s work, I think that this system would be the perfect thing to get me where I want to be.
I’m a teacher who works with the school’s chaplain on a special program. We are trying to get a group of boys who are bullied and with low self esteem to lose weight. We use the school gym for workouts. My worry is that we won’t get the results we need soon enough to inspire the boys to keep going. I especially want to loose my bodyfat so that I can lead by example.
I had twins over a year ago and have not been able to lose the weight. I need something to shock my body into doing it! With six kids 8 and under, I need something simple and not time consuming!
Well, I can tell you that I need Warp Speed Fat Loss, because I have been over weight by over 50lbs. I am 5′6″ and weight 220. I am a firefighter in Miami and I am tired of feeling tired. I would like to regain my energy, regain my confidence and regain my life and hopefully be able to start competing in cycling like I used to do over 3 years ago. This will help greatly.
I was diagnoised with Hashimotto’s disease 12 years ago. That in addition to giving birth to 5 children and not taking care of myself put me in a tough state. I have been using Afterburn and naked nutrition for the past 47 days. I am 38yrs old, I weighed 260 at the start and I now weigh 248. My total colesteroI was 273 two months later it is 189! I know you guys have it right! What I have learned from you has worked please help me continue to reach my goal!
I would love to have a copy of your book in time to lose weight for my wedding. I am 24 years old. A year and a half ago I had knee surgury and have gained 20+ pounds of fat. As an ex-athlete it’ s very discouraging to not be able to perform at the same levels as I did in the past, or even feel/look as healthy as I once was. I would very much appreciate a shot at your program. Thanks and God Bless!
I’d love to get a copy of the work out. I am about 10lb away from my target but have had much difficulty in recent month to lose that last ten pounds!
Thanks.
Wayne
i really need to loose the weight, my doctors are telling me im in danger, i was recently diagnosed with insulin resistance and severe obstructive sleep apnea. all these signs are leading to the family curse of heart disease that my father died early in his life he was 54 and i am 34 now. currently i have high blood pressure, high cholesterol and high triglycerides. now that i have the sleep apnea under control and medicated i still am suffering for weight gain which is putting alot of pressure on my system. i am due to to reexamined to be put on stronger medications if i do not get this under control soon. i have decided to commit the whole summer to getting me back into shape by not taking classes this summer in order to avoid future doctor visits. I feel i can do it and need what i can get to help me get through this and this way i can help others who struggle like i do. and this past weekend i lost my best friend who was 30 and overweight and i feel i should do something for me, so i may be healthy.
I’m a little confused because the posting states the deadline was Friday May 2 at 12:00 am, but I didn’t receive the announcement email until Friday May 2. (at which time I was out of town with no computer access, so I’m actually just seeing this today 05/04). But it’s definitely worth a shot anyway. I need it because I’m going on a cruise in July with a bunch of BFLers and I want to look GREAT, not just good. I’ve managed to lose a little over 40 pounds so far but I still need to lose 20lbs to really look GREAT! I’m driven and determined but really short on cash because I just paid off the cruise! Please pick me!
After meeting you at the Muscle Revolution seminar, and experiencing for the first time the ‘afterburn’ effect, I have intermittently used the Afterburn II program to lose fat.
I enjoy training like this very much and it has been successful for me and I pretty much lose 1-2 lbs of fat per week every time I follow the program.
But as good as those results are, they are not good enough for me to overcome my ‘weakness’, my love for heavy hypertrophy training.
3 weeks is pretty much the maximum time I seem to be able to spend losing fat and then I simply cannot resist going back to heavy mass oriented training and the diet that goes with it (clean, but obvisouly enough food to gain muscle). Although the results are great, and I have lost 9lbs of pure fat since then, I have been looking for that one program that could get me 12-15lbs of fat loss in 3 weeks. I have a feeling that this kind of result would enable me to continue for several more weeks and get me out of this rut of taking 2 steps forward and one back. A loss of 20lbs of fat would get me to 5% bodyfat and a visible 6-pack at 40 years of age
All the best and good luck,
Marc
Is the winner being announced today?
Also, what happened to the countdown for the release of Warp Speed Fat Loss? Is it still being released Tuesday?
Thanks!
Nate
My trainer sent me the link to your website and I definitely want to put my all into it. last year after my third miscarriage, I decided i needed to lose weight and changed my diet and started exercising seriously 6 times a week, ( 3 times with my PT doing weights) I am now 42lb’s lighter but still need to lose another 42lb’s I’ve carried this weight around for the last 15 years and been really miserable with it, i would be delighted if you picked me!
I am 54 years old and the father of 9 children. I have 3 children in college so I work 2 extra jobs beside my full time job as a physics teacher to help them through college. This leads to very little time to workout. I used to be a pretty good athlete competing in the decathalon in college as well as playing varsity basketball and baseball in high school as well asswimming competively, skiing, rockclimbing and backpacking. But I am now about now about 60 lbs overweight and a peripheral neuropathy in my feet has affected my ability to run and jump. I have tried dieting and exercise with some succes but always gain the weight back. I would love to try Wap Speed Fat Loss and quickly lose the excess fat for my own sake as well as my children’s sake. I have used some of Alwyn’s products and they have been great.
