		<description>I generally work out after work.  The protein shake I use is Jay Robb&#039;s Egg Protein (I cannot use whey products because I am allergic to dairy).  Their aren&#039;t many carbs in the egg protein powder mix.  This is what I&#039;m confused about...If I take the shake before and after the workout (half before, half after), am I still allowed to have a starch carb when I eat dinner?  For example, if I have a steak, salmon filet, chicken breast, with a good portion of veggies, can I also have some rice, maybe quinoa, or maybe some potatoes on the side?</description>
