		<description>Most of the recommendations you make with here are sound, and I completely agree that the 2lb a week limit to weight loss is crazy and mostly made up. Then again, a lot of people struggle to set a sufficient calorie deficit to go below that number, so it&#039;s not the worst thing in the world to hit 2lbs each week for most people.

The only thing I disagree with is the requirement to eat 5-6 times per day. That myth has been debunked recently, and the interest from the intermittent fasting crowd has shown excellent results eating 2-3 times a day. Not only do you get bigger portions, you also get the benefit of fasting (improved glucose tolerance) which is hugely advantageous in a long term weight management situation.</description>
