Eat Healthy and Avoid the JUNK
After reading an interesting inquisition on ttfatloss.com, I was completely in awe over the bluntness that was used to present an emphasis how much this society is suffering from their own indulgances in the foods that were not made to be good for the body. In addition the author stated many facts that substantiate that if an individual wants to be thin, fit, and healthy that they must absolutely avoid the junk and eat healthy or as bluntly stated “Stop eating crap and start eating healthy.” Very well put- might I add.
It narrowed a very complex scenario down to a basic understanding that we are what we eat, and the foods today contain large amounts of calories, fats, preservatives, and chemicals. That definitely does not help the body stay healthy and lean. However, it was not so much about about counting fats and calories. It was about eating what counts such as fresh raw vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, healthy fats, and fruit. The biggest aspect of this general concept is eating and consuming the foods that are good for you allows you to leave the hypothetical parts of the complicated process of muscle building and weight loss out. Instead focus on the roots- eat healthy, exercise regularly, and avoid the bad foods, nicotine, caffeine, and alcohol out of the equation and you will reap the results that you desire.
