How Can I Lose Weight Fast

By Mike Roussell · Friday, February 27th, 2009

Right, so I want to give you three simple things that you can do to

loose more weight. First thing you want to do is, actually eat more

fiber. Specifically salable fiber, now you get salable fiber in things

like oatmeal, whole grains, the pith like the white part of citrus

fruit.

You know like that when you peel an orange, the white part of the

inside that’s gotten salable fiber in it.

Another thing is if you can’t get a lot of those things, maybe you’re

cutting your carbs so you’re not eating a lot of grains. This is a

good idea if you’re trying to loose weight.

Then maybe you want to look into a salable fiber supplement. You can

get a pecan supplements or you can just eat more apples. Right or you

can use a gaucho commandment supplement which I talk about a bunch

because that’s a great salable fiber.

So increasing your fiber is one way to help you loose more weight. The

other way is metabolic resistance training. Now I might sound like a

broken record, because if you watched my other videos you know I talk

about metabolic resistance training a lot.

And that is really, really important to use weight training that is

going to hold on, force your body to hold onto your muscle and elevate

your metabolism.

Now the third tip is to eat some more protein. Especially, eating

protein at every meal. Now on the surface these tips may seem very,

very basic more fiber, metabolic resistance training, and eating more

protein.

But there very important, tons of people don’t do them. So don’t just

shove off these tips that I’m giving you because maybe you heard them

before. Especially, if your not applying them.

More protein is really important; it’s going to allow you to do a

couple of things. When you eat more protein you’re, automatically

going to eat less carbohydrate, especially if you’re replacing some of

the carbs in your diet with proteins.

Another thing it’s called thermo effect of food. Now protein has more

thermo effect of food, and basically what that is it takes your body

more energy to digest protein. So your going to burn more calories

when you eat protein compare to the calories you would burn digesting

carbohydrates or fats.
