Weight Loss plateus are so frustrating. Many times when people hit a weight loss plateau the first thing that they will do to try to jump start their weight loss is to do more cardio. Instead of jumping on the treadmill for 20 minutes after their workout they will just on the treadmill for 30 or 40 minutes. This is crazy!
Instead of doing MORE cardio I want you to do LESS.
