How to Lose Fat Fast

What I’m talking about is taking carbohydrates, starchy ones such as

potatoes, bread, corn, rice, pasta taking those and instead of eating

those in a meal, switching it out and focusing it more on vegetables.

You know, really green vegetables that would be ideal. But even if you

just switched out to fruits and vegetables, any kind of vegetable that

would be perfect.

So, for instance, if you’re going to sit down instead of having, you

know, a chicken breast and some rice. Replace that rice with broccoli,

right? Or instead of having your chicken sandwich for lunch have a

grilled chicken salad with spinach, tomatoes, onions, and a little

balsamic vinaigrette or something like that instead of a chicken

sandwich. We remove the bread and we are going to increase your

vegetables instead.

Now, what this is going to do it’s going to reduce your calories. It’s

also going to control your blood sugar and it’s also going to increase

your satiety. Because, fruits and vegetables have a huge volume to

them so they fill up your stomach really fast.
