How To Lose Belly Fat Fast

Now that sounds like an outrageous claim, and if you’re familiar with a lot of my videos you’ll know I don’t really make outrageous claims. Pretty, you know, like science base principals, things that work effectively so you can lose fat fast and keep it off. So losing your beer belly while sitting on your couch sounds kind of outrageous. Here is how you can do it, if you use something called metabolic resistance training. Right, which is a new term, but it has been really been around for awhile. It’s a type of exercise. If you can use this metabolic resistance training what’s that going to do is it produces something called EPOC. Which is science but basically what it means is that you keep burning calories after you’re done exercising. And research has shown you can do that for up to 36 hours after you’re done exercising.

So then you do this metabolic resistance training, right, which you can find as a part of the Warp Speed Fat Loss Program.  We do a lot of metabolic resistance training there. You do this metabolic resistance training, and then you can stop and your body is going to continue burning calories. So you can sit on the couch and you’re still burning calories.

Now you can compare this to if you were to go for a run, which would be a lot of people’s answers to how to lose weight. You go for a run, you’re going to burn calories while you’re jogging. But then when you stop, pretty much your heart rate is going to go down. And not exactly in tune with your heart rate, but as your heart rate goes down, how many calories you’re burning also goes down. So, you know 10 to 20 minutes later your heart rate is back to normal, you’re not sweating, you’re just hanging out, you’re not burning anymore calories. If you use metabolic resistance training you’re going to be burning calories for up to 36 hours after you’re done exercising. You can really leverage your exercising and your fat burning ability. Very important. If you want to burn fat while you’re sitting on the couch, you need to use metabolic resistance training.
