Researchers show people don’t really stick to low fat diets very much

over the long term. What the research is really showing is that when

you reduce your carbohydrates that great things happen.

You get more weight lose then if you were just to reduce your fat.

But, you also get a lot of other health benefits that are a bonus.

That happens at a molecular level that don’t, necessarily happen when

you just lower your fat.

So if you want to loose weight the most important thing I can

recommend to you today is to reduce your carbs. Specifically starchy

carbs- corn, potatoes, breads, pastas, grains, rice things like that.
