Weight Loss Tips – Reduce Your Carbs

In another video I talked about how you can change the kinds of carbs that you eat in order to control insulin and boost fat loss. But often times changing your carbs isn’t enough and you need to reduce your carb intake as well. The thinking behind this is the same – cut carbs, control insulin, free more stored body fat.
